A peppermint infusion can help you with a lot of things e.g. an upset stomach. It tastes great hot with or without honey or other sweeteners, strong or weak but also cold. Try it with a dash of lemon and you will be surprised.
A word of caution:
peppermint is a natural remedy and if you drink it excessively it might cause problems.
E.g. if you take it for an upset stomach it is fine and most likely will help you. But if you drink too much of it (too much meaning more than 1 litre a day) it will instead give you an upset stomach.
Therefore use it sensibly in your own interest.
