Hibiscus BIO* blossoms – tastes lovely hot or cold
Hibiscus is used in many fruit infusion and give them a dark red colour.
But also on its own, it can be a very refreshing drink which can be enjoyed hot or cold.
If you feel that the infusion is a bit “sharp” for your stomach, take a bit of sugar in it, that will level out the acidity of the drink.
