Kenya Peaberry Coffee – small black pearls of taste
Kenyan coffee beans have a very firm structure and need more heat than other coffees during the roasting process.
This is because the coffee plants in Kenya are cultivated at high altitudes of up to 2,100 m where the coffee plants grows very slowly.
Another name for the pearl bean coffee is peaberry coffee.
The beans are more round whereas “normal” coffee beans are kind of flat.
Strong roast, bright acidity, rich bramble tones
